Just lost my sister...

My sister just died of drug overdose. I would think that just those 7 words could hold in all the pain but it doesn't. I don't know what to do...I'm lost in my life and I'm doing ALL the bad things...and I can't stop. I need help, encouragement, anything. I'm dying here.

I'm so sorry about this. Losing someone who you've known for a long time can be very hard to accept. I can't imagine the pain you are going through right now. Losing a love one and/or pet is very tough and every one handles and grieves in their own way. Remember there is no time table for you to grieve over the loss of ur sister. I am do sorry for ur loss...��

Loosing someone you held dear is always devastating. I know how it feels to be lost. All I can say is that you have to stay strong, because you shouldn't bring yourself down right now. If you feel like crying, cry. There's no use in holding back all of your emotions because that'll make it all worse. If you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to contact me.

I'm really sorry to hear you have lost your sister, I can't begin to imagine what your going though. As harsh as this mite sound would your sister want you to act this way? I know I wouldn't want anyone to go off the rail when my time comes. You could try talking to a friend or counsellor about how you feel and what's gone on. Your the only one that can help yourself, If you don't accept help there's nothing anyone can do.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. I know what you're going through. I lost my father a few years ago. It takes to accept what happened but life goes on. Just try to be strong.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my mom last April, and it's still as dad as it was then. That may not be what you want to hear, but everyone grieves at their own pace, it's normal to be as upset as you are. And even though I'm still sad about it, my life has become normal again. Things may never feel as good as they did without her, but they should start feeling normal.
