So after a whole thing with a girl I like (alot) went down, I decided I wasn't going to try and be friends with girls I like any more, because I could never get it to work out. I no longer feel that way. I messaged a (different) girl that I like saying
"I've thought about it a little and I don't think we can be friends. I just don't want to be friends with girls I like anymore. Sorry, it's just too much to handle."

She didn't reply. ABout 2 or three weeks later, we've been talking in school and she's not mad (I don't think. I never really can tell honestly). I messaged her this
"I just don't know. I say stupid things. Then I want to take them back. I get it if you don't wanna talk to me on here but hi."

And she didn't reply. What, if anything, can i do to fix this? I want to talk to her (I would do it more in person but I JUST got on a 2 week spring break), and I regret telling her that I didn't want to be friends (We were having a conversation right before I said it.)

Call her. Tell her what happened before damaged you a little bit and you just didn't want to handle it. Say you made a rash, and quite frankly unfortunate, decision but that after realizing what the consequences would be, immediately recognized your mistake and ask for an apology.
