Penis Size and Pubic Hair

So earlier on, I was in the toilets with my friend and we both used the urinals. My friend is 11 and I'm 13. He looked at me and said I looked like a quote "big hairy man". He asked me (knowing that I had experience) how big and hairy he should be down there and I said I don't know. I really want to get back to him so can anyone remember if they had pubic hair when they were 11 (nearly 12) and how big their penis was?
Edit: When he was looking at me, I got semi-hard. Would this happen to any of you?

I had pubic hair when I was 11. I think my penis was about 4 inches erect

i didn't get pubes until 13, was probably less than 3" erect at 11

I only started getting some hair when i was 15 or so. As for the size, no idea. As much as i remember, it was probably around 4-4.5 inches or so.
As for the getting hard bit, I'd say it's normal. Every time i go to public urinals, i get a bit excited

i was just getting hair at 11 so i didnt have much and cant remember how big i was but wasnt very big at all and yes if i saw someone looking at me i would get semi hard if not hard as well
