I'm 16 and I'm constantly shirtless around my house, but why are my nipples always hard? They're hard at school, just everywhere... Should I feel weird or is it normal?

Seems normal. If you're constantly shirtless at home they might just be reacting to being totally exposed

Well, being shirtless I wouldn't be surprised if they got hard. The wind blows up against them with a sensation that could get them hard. Especially if it's rather cold. But at school? It could be the fabric of your clothes. You might just have very sensitive nipples.

Yeah. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that bodies are weird and everyone's in their own way.

Thomas pretty much summed it up. it should not be anything you feel you need to worry about

I think it is normal. It happens to me a lot. I like it actually and sometimes rub my nipples during masturbation.

seems pretty normal, your nipples are like little thermometers and are very sensitive to hot and cold, so if they are hard all of the time it could be because there is a slight chill in the air; they are also prone to excitement, so it could be that being without a shirt is a bit of a turn on for you. who knows
