The feeling you have will be changed forever, it won't be as fun masturbating. After a couple of years the feeling you have will decrease a lot. If you were cut young you won't notice the difference but as your 14 you will notice it a lot. You should really consider if it's what you want.

When you're circumcised, you can still masturbate. Might be a bit dry. but it depends on how much skin is on the shaft. Rubbing the head onto your hands will cause no pain, as well as clothes. I can't really think of a scenario where you'd accidently "pull" the skin too far. Given the question about sensitivity depends on when the person was circumcised. If one was circumcised at birth, they wouldn't know the sensivity when intact to compare, but the answer varies within the people you're asking. Maybe the head is very sensitive even when circumcised, maybe it's not. Most of the replies here are from posters who were circumcised at birth.
