I have a crush two people, what do I do?

So, the title kind of explains it. I have a crush on two people, a guy and a girl but I don't know what to do; I just really need some help. Has anybody been in this position before?

I try to gauge which person I experience more attraction for - am I more attracted to Person A, or am I more attracted to Person B?
Then I ask myself, who is more in my league (meaning I have a better chance of asking them out) - Person A, or Person B?

Or, alternatively, you could go out on dates with both of them and try to see which person would be more worth your time, and which one you click with better. Because even if you find them attractive, that doesn't mean anything if you can't really connect with the person. So, yeah. Try asking both the girl and the guy to hang out sometime. They can't really get mad at you for doing it, because you haven't yet committed to them.

I asked the girl out before, didn't get a response and then ended up going out with somebody (broke up with them not long after) but before that she made me feel like she felt the same way but just ended up messing with my head to the point of where I don't know how people feel about me anymore. The guy found out that I liked him and he told me that he used to like me too; so it's just awkward. Both are out of my league and neither are the sorts to hang out. But anyway thank you a lot for the advice.
