At first i was just a bit, but after some weeks it grew stronger. But I have the feeling that there's a point when it stops to grow

It really started to appear at 12 for me, may have had a tiny bit when still 11 though.

Started growing around the time I turned 13, but shaved them very soon after. Smooth is best :)
