Alright. This might be weird but I want a white boardshorts for the summer. I live on a lake and I will be working on a different lake. So I will be wearing boardshorts all summer. I'm afraid that if the white boardshorts get wet you won't be able to see my penis. I don't like wearing normal underwear like boxers underneath became it is gives me a rash and yeah. Should I look at buying a jockstrap for my swimsuit? I have compression shorts but they aren't for the water. They are for working in the summer in the yard and stuff. Do any of you wear a jock under your swimsuit? I guess it's just a self conscious thing I'm trying to avoid.

yeah, when white tends to get wet it tends to show all of your business. wearing a jock might be a good idea, it will keep your junk in one spot and keep it from showing.

well I never have a problem but to each his own. you could always go the speedo route . even under your shorts

I'm personally the opposite and don't need people staring at my bulge, but each to their own. I'd suggest to try wearing jammers. They're like compression shorts but designed more specifically for water. I have a pair and they're pretty damn comfortable, and good if you do a lot of lap swimming and such,.

Jammers are a great option underneath boardies. One tip...get a pair that is a full size bigger than normal. If you are going to be wearing them for a while you don't want them to be skin tight. They will still fit to your form but they will allow for better movement and comfort. Nike makes great jammers, try swimoutlet.com.

regular thickness i guess. quicksilver is the brand. they're white with other colors, not all white

I usually wear a pair of trunks when i swim, one the brief type and i layer over it a short type, haha to prevent some shapes forming out

Well, I'd say don't worry about it but if it is bothering you then you may consider getting a jock for under your swim shorts. Then again, most manufacturers take the wet part into account so I don't think you would have to worry about it turning see through, though you might. Do whatever you feel comfortable with, don't let others sway your decision.

White gets dirty too fast so I don't usually pick that color but the material is dense enough that they won't become see through. If you have a large bulge (which I do) the shape will be more obvsiouy.

Yea. Wearing a jockstrap under your swimsuit would work very well. But, in my opinion, if you have a big penis, then why try to hide it lol. I dont mind people seeing my penis, but that is mainly because im a nudist. But if you dont want people to see your penis, then yea, a jockstrap will work really well.

Lol yea...but most guys shave now...so thats not really much of a problem for most guys. I would shave your pubes if i were you dude. But yea, white shorts do show your pubes a lot. So that is something to be careful about. But it also gives you a reason to shave too haha

I think it is hot when guys wear white shorts and u can see thru them a bit. I would either wear nothing under them and not worry about it or wear a pair of briefs under them. I have some white shorts and actually my white briefs look really visible thru them - colors look less so. Though I don't mind if guys see my underwear showing thru.

I do own a pair of light coloured boardshorts and have never had any issues with them. As with all loose fitting swim wear, when it gets wet, your bulge is going to be noticeable. That's not necessarily a bad thing though. I like it when I catch people looking at mine.

Many swims, pool dips, sea swims happen unprepared. So many of us just take our pants off and get in in our unides.....girls in bra & panties ...Even if I happen to wear shorts I take them off and get in water in my briefs...then afterwards hang around for our undies to dry and wear our pants back...
Broad shorts get heavy when they are wet and are troublesome.

If you get a jock you'll still be able to see your butt and thats not a good look haha. Get Nike Pro compression shorts in white and you'll be all set.

You could get a cheap pair of compression shorts or a jock strap and then your problem is solved. I always wear something under my boardshorts.
