ask an adult to help with money etc. then give them a small percent of what you earn

You need to advertise what you do / can do make some leaflets. You could start with family and friends then they could recommend you to other people.

best way to do it. as soon as you can start helping some people and do a good job (and at a reasonable price) word will spread

Good advice.
Start making flyers or posting online about it. Maybe you could make a Facebook page and invite some of your family and friends to it so you can start to get your name out there a little bit. Start working on them as soon as you can so you can be started and be ready to go, and already have clients/recommendations when the summer comes around.

Great idea - so I think this as a plan.

First - is there a market who can use your service and what competition is there.

How to advertise - ask at school - can you get a free web site or even face book page how can people contact you cell phone email etc.

What is the location like where you live would there be some work from family and friends.
