Kinda Confused

Ok so there is this boy at school who I kinda like and well it seems like he's kinda flirting with me a little bit. This entire week at school he's been trying to play fight with me which includes him grabbing on my sides(me grabbing him back and finding out he's ticklish) him barely hitting me whenever we're close then start smiling about it. I know thats not much and can be put off as boys playing around but he just called me a few minutes ago just to see what I was doing and its 10:00 at night. I don't know if he's gay or is even curious but it is a possibility because he never talks about girls like all our friends do and I never see him flirting with any girls. I don't know what to do I can't just be like I like you wanna go out cause he might be straight. Please give me some advice.

you should just ask him. cuz some guys are just really shy around girls. but then on the other hand every gay guy in know in life has had more friends that wee girls then friends that were boys. so id say your friend is just shy.

Actually I wouldn't out right ask him if he's gay, often times guys find stuff like that a blow to their pride. Also just because he doesnt talk about other women in front of you, doesnt mean he's gay, maybe he likes your doesnt feel comfortable about the subject.
