So my mom is pretty close to her second cousin and so are our families.My moms cousin divorced her husband and married someone 5 years younger than her.Tbh he seemed like a fun guy and I'm quite close to their children who're 15(B) and 19(G).

I had gone to their house yesterday and I just walked in and couldn't really hear anyone.But when I went up to my cousin's room,I could see the step father and my cousin sister making out naked by the pool.This guy is such a pedophile god.He's 34 years old for fuck sake.

What do I do?I really like the family and the mom (my aunt kinda) and my cousin brother are very sweet people and even though the sister is a bit ratchet,I never expected her to stoop so low.Do I tell my aunt and cousin brother?Even my parents don't know.

19 is well above the age of consent in most states/countries. She's free to do those things with anyone, no matter how old they are.
