This is kind of like a survey thing but not quite. I just want to know what people think love feels like.

Love is what puts a smile on your face when you're angry. You feel anxious but somehow more confident around the person. It's when you want to make yourself better for somebody, even though you don't have to. It's the knot in your stomach that feels good. It makes you do things you never thought you would do. At least, that's what it means in a dating sense. You feel slightly different with family members.
Unfortunately, nobody has any if that enough to want to date me.

In my opinion, love is very similar to a drug. it is the best feeling in the world when you have it, and you're totally happy and content with the world and don't care about anything else, but it can also be the worst feeling in the world and hurt really bad if it gets taken away. It's also something you need to be very careful with and not trust the wrong people with because it hurts a lot to have someone that you love/loved break your heart and it sucks to miss someone you love that doesn't love you back

love is when you cant get that person out of your mind, you get butterflies when you see or talk to them, and you find yourself smiling all the time because of them. for me, that is what love feels like

It is that lift, or wave that you get from noticing something inherently theirs; whether a curl of the mouth, a riff from a song, a mannerism in their speech, or the way they look at you - when you are in love, these tiny little things that are so strongly a part of them, give you a feeling of safety, a feeling of warmth, and a smile on your face to match the butterflies in your stomach. That is the feeling of love that is truly extraordinary.

For me at least, it's getting back to the light, because before I was a dark, pessimistic, nihilistic shitlord. As some have pointed out, it's like a drug.
