I'm attempting to transition from a vegetarian to a vegan diet and I was wondering if you guys had any self control tips, sources, recipes, etc; anything that would facilitate this transition more smoothly. I've been consuming a vegetarian diet for several years now but I've never been courageous enough to make the leap to a vegan one. I'm making the resolution to do so now and would love any help that you can proffer.

Like any diet change it is best to think in advance about what you want to do and how best to do that. The vegad soc web site also has recipes and other resources but again its individual choice.
