National Mall - DC

Some of my pics from last week in Washington DC as I walked the National Mall from top to nearly bottom. With various buildings and monuments around on a nice sunny day, the pics came out fairly reasonable including the Museum of Natural History, Capitol Building, Smithsonian Cathedral, Washington Monument, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial and White House.

Good pics I like especially the last one of the Washington Monument, the way you have captured the circle of flags and the full height of the monument.

The first pic is good as well the way the shadow enhances the building and just the slight movement in the banners.

I loved going to D.C. these photos bring back some good memories

Good pics I like especially the last one of the Washington Monument, the way you have captured the circle of flags and the full height of the monument.

The first pic is good as well the way the shadow enhances the building and just the slight movement in the banners.

Ah, too bad the Capital Building had all of that scaffolding on it. It's quite nice when not being worked on. Otherwise, very cool :) Did you enjoy your trip to America?
