I see on this site how many people have experimented and I'm sure we all know what that means by now...
Anyways did anyone take precaution from STD's or was it just a trusting factor?
How would anyone know whether they've obtained an STD without getting checked by a medical center? I'm just curious whether I should be worried in trying something for my first time or if I should put it off? (Oral, maybe anal with
Condom if it comes to that.

If i dont know the guy then protection is a must but if its a friend then i use truest depending on howe good a friend it is

though I dont practice what I preach, I would say that its always better to be safe than sorry, even if you know the person. It should be something you get in the custom of doing every time, with every partner no matter the relationship.

I would always advise protection as for people knowing well I guess many dont it is possible to be a carrier but not have actual symptoms.

Abstinence is the best option

if you are just experimenting with them, usually they are your close friends and you'd know their previous sexual encounters, judge it off that, if they have gotten around then use the safe option... But if it's their first time with anything then the chances are about as low as if you do use protection :p

Protection is always the best option, abstinence is just silly...we are sexual beings, we are going to experiment, the idea of "waiting till marriage" is like flying an airplane without taking lessons...stupid. Trust is great, but a lot of people are walking around without symptoms and yet are carriers. Do I practice what I preach?? I wish I could say I always do...but I do get tested....regularly!

Well... I'd say use protection but if you're actually going to have sex (whether it's with a guy or a girl.) I'd say if you're just experimenting (masturbating together or maybe even oral together) I wouldn't personally use protection, really. If you're doing anal, use protection.

Protection is always the better option, but the only times I've experimented were with friends I trust so those times I didn't but I think it's always better just to be sure. (I was making silly decisions back then :P)
