I'm 16 and have a lot of hair on my stomach, chest etc should I shave it off or just leave it alone

It all depends on how you want yourself to look, I keep my chest hair and stuff trimmed but not completely shaved but other than that I keep most other body hair pretty short

For chest and stomach maybe try a hair removal cream but be careful and read the product instructions. I guess many try it once or twice and then decide is it worth the effort - do you feel more comfortable etc.

Honestly people like different things so everyone would give different answers. Some people enjoy hair and others don't

Maybe give it a shot and see if it's worth your effort and if you like it. If not, it's hair; it grows back

In regards of how to do it, shaving is alright, just be careful, I nicked myself once when doing it. Creams, I've never tried but it might be alright.

And if you decide to try it, ignore those that make any rude remarks.

I am hairy all over, I shaved it once and it just grew back and some hairs were ingrown so now I'm just hairy and leave it be.

I'm a pretty hairy guy, but I like shaving an just leaving my snail trail but in all honesty it's way too much effort to keep it up so I just don't bother.

That's a question only you can answer. If the stomach hairs bother you or you just don't like it, then go ahead and shave it. Otherwise, feel free to let it grow and show it off. It all depends on your preference.

I used to shave my body hair but it always felt really irritated, but my mums a hairdresser so lately I've been borrowing her clippers and trimming it using them instead...personal preference though I guess

I don't think that you have some really great ammount of body hair .. If I would you , I would leave it like it is . I mean , only in case if you look like some bear ( in which I really doubt ) only in that case you should shave..

I don't get any chest hair, but I do have a happy trail and that I do not shave. However I do shave my pubes and my face. It's nice having it all shaven!
