Even though this is fitness related, you'll get better answers here.

They say for every 35 lbs of fat you lose many guys will see an extra inch of their penis. It doesn't meant that you're getting bigger. Just that you are seeing more of what's there. If you have a lot of fat on your legs or above your junk chances are weight loss wil help ya out. The way my dick it positioned it didn't make a real big difference until I got lean then I saw maybe 1/2 inch more or so.... That seems to be pretty normal from talking with some older guys and bodybuilder types and stuff too

It all depends on how much fat you have in your pubic area. One of my ex bfs lost weight and his penis did appear to be longer. I don't know exactly how much longer, but it was noticeable.

I'm not sure if it makes it bigger, because it does make you healthier.
However, if you have extra body fat in your genital areas, that fat can cover up your penis. Because it hides it. By reducing the fat, it would make it more visible rather than bigger. It does kinda look bigger because you probably wouldn't be used to seeing it as much.
There's two perks to this. Healthier lifestyle, and a more visible dick.

losing fat will make your penis appear larger, it won't actually make it larger. If you're fat, your penis sinks into the fat and is hidden, when you lose that fat your penis will show more.

The length of your penis will be the same but losing the fat around the penis will make it look bigger because you will 'uncover' the penis. Look at it this way. If you dig out the dirt around a tree, the tree will still be as big as it was before but you will be able to see more wood.

It will not biologically make it larger but as others have said it may make more of it "appear".

Yeah the reverse happened to me ...when I ws skinny as hell my stick-like thighs, and packed abs with pelvic bone jutting our made my penis look really big.....Fast forward 2-3 yrs and + 18kg now I've got chunky thighs and a little belly roll surrounding my penis and it looks really smaller....

Im losing wight right now (20bls so far) and I defiantly notice that my penis looks longer. It all that fat between where your dick starts coming out of your pelvis and where it really starts that makes the difference in how long it looks. So me being chunky I have a lot of pubic fat (maybe 1.5 inches), but if you're really that height and weight I, don't think losing 5 or bls will make a difference. + you're only 13 so relax it will grow

Not at all.
You only maybe will be able to see it again without a mirror. :D
And others will have a better look at it too.
