Including the music video, or just the song itself? Because the only songs that make me cry are due to emotional attachment, not necessarily because they're sad songs. Some music videos can be real tearjerkers, though. Concrete Angel by Martina McBride is one of the saddest videos I can think of.

Video Games - Lana Del Rey. The music video + the song makes me cry almost everytime. I interpret the lyrics and the music video differently. The lyrics seem to tell the tale of a couple who lived the simple life; they'd finish work and go home to play video games. However I feel as the the music video tells the story of someone who is longing for friendship or a relationship and idolises various different friendships; hoping they'll have a friendship/relationship similar to that one day.

Summertime Sadness - Lana Del Rey. You could also watch this with the music video. I think it's about two friends (or a couple, open to interpretation) and one takes their own life. In some of the pics in the music video, you can see a statue of Jesus with his arms open; when Lana takes her life (because she can't live without her friend/girlfriend) she imitates him by opening her arms wide and steps off the side of a cliff. Very sad and moving ):

Coat of Many Colours - Dolly Parton. Really old song but I love it so much. The lyrics are so deep and they tell such a sad story. Makes me cry sometimes. AT LEAST SHE'S FAMOUS NOW SO ALL OF THOSE ASSES WHO MADE FUN OF HER ARE PROBABLY CRAWLING AND GASPING FOR BREATH ON THEIR STINKY-ASS ZIMMERFRAMES.

Happy - Marina and the Diamonds. About someone who usually alienates herself from others, and wants to feel like she belongs somewhere. Towards the end, she becomes cheerier and realises that she could actually eventually be happy.

Born To Die - Lana Del Rey. I think it's about a girl who knows her boyfriend is a bad influence on her, but her love for him is so strong that she ignores it. She loves him so much that it eventually kills her. I can't relate to the song, but the emotion portrayed in her voice + the music video makes me shiver/have goosebumps/get tears in my eyes.

I wouldn't say songs make me cry because they're saddening, I remember listening to 'When Time Fades Away' by Wintersun for the first time and I cried not from sadness, but from being overwhelmed. It was simply too epic to handle!
