Hey, I'm 14 and I got alot to ask and i'm super curious. I'm not sure where to limits goes to ask for or it's "Allowed" on this site. (I'm new)
1:
Pubic hair. I do really not like Pubic hair and I personaly think its kinda gross?.
I can't just ask my parrents to buy me a Trimmer or a Razor or stuff like that.
I can't get my hands on that stuff without asking. What do i do?
2:
I got alot of Mental problems atm. I'm currently not in school and need to do a year over. I really hate that I'm not as good as all of my friends. So i do not really see anyone of my friends or anything.
3: (When it comes to Girls) (I'm not into guys)
I never (NEVER) been with a girl like "Hang-out" or ever had a Girlfriend. Never had any sort of sexual experience with someone. Ive never kissed anyone before or touched. Wich many people find really wierd. I'm more than extremely shy to other people and get really focus.
4: ADD
I just got confirmed that i have ADD, and i'm currently on some Anti-Depression pills wich makes me extremely tierd all the day, no matter how much i sleep it won't help. I can sleep nearly 24/7 and don't eat alot anymore. What cab i do?
5: Last one and sorry for taking you're time. (I'm skinny)
I'm EXTREMELY Un-healthy right now. I got alot of problems with it.
I can/do drink about 1L of soda a day and eat really un-healthy stuff like candy and stuff. I don't do ANY sports, workout or anything- I'm Really bad at sports and i kinda wanna be a bit of a muscle guy. :(. If im not sleeping i'm most of the time just playing computer to focus on something diffrent than my Mental problems. My computer really helps me out most of the time and i spend alot of hours on it.
If you came to this point of the text i wanna say thank you so much for reading some of my problems and questions. Sorry for bad english and sorry for taking you're time. Please if you have spare time please help me a bit out here. And thx again

Dude each one of you points could be its own thread and there not really questions but its fine, and i guess your asking for advice.
1. (this ones in the right place) Do your parents or siblings not have any razes or trimmers laying around? I would just borrow one of them (without them knowing). But if thats not an option you could use scissors to trim, but other than that your pretty limited. I think pubic hair is just something you get used too.
2. -> you should ask this one in mental illnesses, expand your question, they can help better.
3. -> You should ask in Relationships and Dating but really alot of people haven't had girlfriends or sexual experiences or kissed anyone. Its normal, your only 14 its fine.
4.-> like #2 you should ask this one in mental illnesses, maybe talk to your doctor.
5.-> Maybe ask in sports and fitness. But here's a few tips. Replace soda with water, replace candy with fruit or vegetable. Go running or walking if you can, it helps to clear your head or even walking up and down your stairs, anything to raise your heart rate. Do push ups, planks, and sit ups, even if you can only do 1 its a start. Make a plan, say im not going to eat this -> im going to eat something healthier instead. Make fitness goals and steps to get there. Most important, START DOING SOMETHING, do something right now that will get you working towards your goal. Saying you'll do push ups tomorrow isn't good enough, do them now.

1) scissors to trim - maybe.
2: We all do it - think we are not as good as others - but maybe you feel more missing your friends can you contact them or at least see them sometimes ?
3: I guess thats the same with most guys our ages I guess a whole lot up to say 16 17 and beyond included.
"Wich many people find really wierd." who finds it weird?
4: No experience of this my self but the side effects of some meds if that is the issue will lessen as you get used to them. But you can talk with your doctor about that as maybe the dose can be adjusted or other meds tried.
5: Its good you do have a diversion such as the computer I dont know what you do on it but maybe you can use a little time to learn a new skill
maybe a soft ware pack or even find some interesting maybe school related stuff.
maybe take one step at a time for the sports and fitness thing deal with meds first and general life. Could be your meds effect appetite and your need for sugar. But you can try and cut out the soda take water instead or fruit juice fruit instead of the candy but have some of what you like.
anyways. You can just be aware of anything you can do to get some exercise say a walk or something to keep fitness up.
Hope this and other answers help but please post again add to this thread.

I would think here it is better to ask for advice all in one as the OP has done.

Your diet is likely making your ADD and your lethargy worse. Soda and sugar give you immediate energy and then u crash and feel like crap. White rice and white bread give u the same rush of carbs, go to brown rice and whole wheat bread. Please read the ingredients in soda, it sounds like a chemical factory. The sodas have tons of caffeine as well and are probably not helping your sleep cycle. Give this stuff up and give yourself a couple of months to start feeling better.
You might also have winter blahs from lack of sunshine, or not getting outside enough. I live in a sunshiny area but still take vitamin D as well. This can raise serotonin levels and help your mood.

Well.. If it was that simple for me i would mabye try. But i dont like asking my parents to buy what i want to eat. I eat what is servered. Would it be better if i just dont eat at all? (Small amount a day of Yoghurt is what i get besides the sugar) And, Im never outside a door since its freaking cold, and theres soo many damn skys where i live so nearly no sunlight to be honest.
But thx for responds (Sorry for poor english)

Hey no problem, but if your parents are giving you 1L of soda a day, then they are poisoning you. Also, yoghurt can contain sugar. Try getting some fresh fruit and nuts (good source of protein without too much fat, and u don't have to cook them).
The vitamin D can be found at the store. I take 5000 IU a day and it helps my mood. If you have no sunshine nowadays, then taking some should really help.

First and for most, you should most definitely ask to be switched to a different medication.

Heya! I have read over your questions and it turns out I was somehow like you are right now.
1.) Pubic hair and shaving. Usually, you can get a razor or a trimmer in your local shop by yourself. The guys selling it probably will understand that you're doing this mature decision of purchasing what your body needs or what you need to make yourself feel and look better. They probably had that awkward need to shave without telling their parents before, so I think they'll understand. I bought my first razor alone and it went fine. Although with the shaving part, I had to ask my dad about how to do it and how not to get cuts while doing it and other stuff. It can really be a good talk opener if you want to get answers to other puberty-related questions.
2.) Mental problems and friends. We all have those days. Usually, calling my friends on the phone, no matter how awkward our conversation can be (because we've not met each other for a long span of time) solves the problem. It's all about you feeling that your friends are still there, and I think that one thing that contributes to you feeling better about your communication with your long-time-no-see friends is their appreciation for your gesture of reaching out. As soon as they see that you want to build this bridge between you and them, I think that it'll lead to somewhere great. As for your thoughts about you feeling inferior to your friends, just remember--everyone has strong and weak points. You just have to focus on where you're really good at and I think that's the best way to get by. You don't really need to compare yourself to others because everyone is different. Everyone has their attention to somewhere you might not have the most sincerest interest in, and so do they with your interests.
3.) Girls and other stuff. In my opinion, there isn't really a need to rush to your association with the opposite sex, because I feel that you need to sort out your emotions before you mix it with someone else's. As long as you're still happy right now being with your friends and other good company, you're good. Everyone eventually develops their feelings in a certain age, and if you've thought about it, it's usually the age where people have got things sorted out. My advice is to get yourself ready and then when you're ready, you just have to wait. Most guys your age probably have relationships, but it's not as stable as being in a real relationship.
That's about the stuff I think I can help you with. I hope you get over your other problems though! I wish the best to you!
