Kinna hard cause I allways have to study as soon as im in the door for bout 1 and a half hours. That way ive got the rest of the evening to my self. I have found changing into sweat pants (baggy) without underwear helps, your penis is not constricted and your penis has more room & freedom when you get an erection. Its less of an annoyance. WOW!! I find erections distracting when Im trying to do my school work or study, but not to a point where I cant concentrate. Best advice is like everyone is saying, find a way to jack off during the day before you study and that should help, even if briefly.
