Lots of HTML. Nightmare

Not sure if anyone else is getting this, but once I've posted, or if I refresh, I get this:

It usually goes back to normal once I refresh..

i did,

i also got the thing this thread is all about, it scared the @#$% out of me, but i refreshed it and it was ok, i use Safari

Again, it just sounds like bad loading. I've had it happen to me, but rarely, on other sites. The layout wouldn't load properly; there would be missing images, skewed to the bottom, or look like the CSS was messed up until I hit reload.
