he wasn't banned, he was suspended and then account closed because he is too young. He will be able to sign up again when he is old enough, therefore not a ban. also i think people are reading too much into it. there isn't some conspiracy here, he violated the rules of facebook. Just because others do it and don't get caught doesn't mean he should be allowed back on. if they allow him back on, they will have to let every 12 year old on to make it fair. its like someone getting arrested for breaking the law, and using the defense, well i shouldnt be in trouble because there are other people breaking the law who aren't caught. it could have happened to a kid who supported Obama too.
