You seriously need to make sure this never happens again, just talk to him and tell him to never do it again, it could cause some serious problems if anyone finds out.

Agreed. He shouldn't be touching ANYONE without their permission, especially you. I assume he's just curious about girls, and not trying to hurt you or anything, but he needs to understand that you don't like it and you don't want him to ever do it again. If he does do it again, even after you've talked to him, let your parents know so they can handle it.

yah this is a big problem especially if he is younger. tell him you dont like it and explain it to him depending on his age. and if he keeps doing it tell your parents

Tell your brother what he did was wrong. He should not be touching you like that at all, it's out of line and highly inappropriate. Or if he does it again and you notice, go directly to your parents.

How old was he?
Tell him it is wrong, tell him never to do it again, and if it happens again, tell your parents.

This is something very serious that he has done. He has raped you. He did it against your will.
Tell him that it was a wrong thing to do. If he does it again then tell your parents and they will deal with this. Moms and Dads always know what to do ;)

Next time he tries to do that wake up and smack him! Then he will never ever do it again I promise. Also, off the very slight chance he does threaten to tell your parents and then he will NEVER do it again.

(I wouldn't necessarily call it rape maybe molestation but rape not rape its kinda taking it to another level and could freak someone out.)
The best thing to do is to sit down and talk with your brother about let him know that its wrong and that he shouldn't do it to anyone. Don't get mean or anything just stay completely calm and talk to him normally because he's still your brother and not some sick pervert. And like stated above if he does it again then tell your parents.

Hellokitty, it's not uncommon for kids and teens to be curious about the opposite sex and to then experiment with a sibling, cousin, friend, etc. However, the fact that he did this when he thought she was asleep is indeed a problem. He's not a "sicko" though, I'd say he's fairly normal (though very bold) and once he realizes that the jig is up he'll knock it off.

i think its extremely unlikely for someone to sleep walk and then feel their sister up when you are asleep.

thats really wrong. even if this was the first time, i would tell your parents. because if your brother got away with it this time, he might think he can get away with it over and over again...especially if you dont put how you feel about what he did out there for him and your parents to know.

you should just forget about it without letting your parents know what happened. your brother is 13...he should know better.

He's done it once, and if you don't tell him off, what is to stop him doing it again? He might even take it further...
Do you have any other siblings?
If you do, tell them to stand outside your bedroom and that if you shout then they should go in. Go in with your brother and close the door to tell him. This way, if he gets violent, your other sibling can help out - don't explain the situation to him/her unless he/she needs to go in to help you out. You need the courage to tell him off.

yeah like dark wing said. its not rape but more molestation. rape, you have to say no and if you say no then its rape. but thats not the subject........ what he did was wrong but what you did wasnt the right way to handle it. you should have said something the second he started to do that.
