Hellokitty, it's not uncommon for kids and teens to be curious about the opposite sex and to then experiment with a sibling, cousin, friend, etc. However, the fact that he did this when he thought she was asleep is indeed a problem. Do you have any other siblings?
If you do, tell them to stand outside your bedroom and that if you shout then they should go in. Go in with your brother and close the door to tell him. This way, if he gets violent, your other sibling can help out - don't explain the situation to him/her unless he/she needs to go in to help you out. You need the courage to tell him off.
