Well, I'm feeling sick as a dog

Possible reasons:
Low blood pressure
Anemia, or just slightly low blood volume in general
Hormonal goofiness
Anxiety
Barometric pressure/crazy weather patterns/etc.
Viral or bacterial illness (e.g. Flu)
Some combination of the above

Symptoms:
Temporary loss of vision at times, esp when I stand up
Temporary decrease in hearing at times
A migraine that's been going on for 2-3 days
Anxiety
Stomach issues, though I might just be really hungry
Generalized weakness
Fever (low grade)
Clammy skin and constant sweating
Constant thirst and clammy throat
Occasional dry mouth or sore throat
Muscle aches
Extreme fatigue
Drowsiness
Occasional trouble catching my breath
I've been on my period for over two weeks now
General feeling of malaise (just feel sick in general)
Probably a few other things I'm forgetting bc I'm just so out of it

Any ideas as to what might be causing this? Any suggestions of what I should do to feel better?

Mono? IDK its a pretty wide assortment of symptoms, maybe its more than one thing. Make sure your drinking enough water, eating healthy food (try some soup), and getting enough sleep. Vitamin C always helps. If you're anemic NO COFFEE and take some vitamin D

Sounds like you're pretty fucked up :P
That's a lot of symptoms, you should go to the doc, and try to eat healthy for a few days.

Most of that I could contribute to coming down with the flu and several are symptoms that come along with a bad migraine (neurological symptoms like vision and hearing loss, sometimes anxiety), especially one that's lasted so long. If it doesn't clear up soon, I'd go to a doctor because at that point, migraines can get a bit dangerous.

As for having your period that long, I'm fairly certain that's completely unrelated but still a bit strange. Feel free not to answer this if you don't want, but are you fairly regular the rest of the time? I know people say you even out after about a year but I've had mine for going on a decade now and I actually wasn't regular until I started taking birth control two years ago. So at your age I was all over the place with long periods, short periods, periods a week early, periods a week or two late, etc. That's probably something entirely separate and you might want to look into if it's unusual for you because most people with uteruses don't deviate from their "schedule" once it's evened out until menopause, pregnancy (which I doubt is the case here if you HAVE it), or some underlying health issue.

Yeah, I'm on birth control, and it's still not even.

That's pretty unusual and honestly, your best bet is to see a doctor.

I probably will once I get the money. I can't live like this .-.
