Not sure why the server move affected this, but if you didn't already know, this is how signature pictures work: the pic is recorded and stored by the server. Then, in order to place the picture, you simply use the like you would any other image, but no need for URL's because it is user specific.
The new vBulletin framework may have dropped support for this, so it would probably be up to the users to re-upload their images. Of course, since I don't know how this system works, I'm sure I'm incorrect here. Take it away, Kiros!

Well, I removed the ability to upload images for signatures so we could have profile pictures instead. Everyone that has uploaded images to their signature might have an odd-looking signature until they upload it to a remote image host and use an image link with IMG tags.
I'm going to empty signature cache as well, so that might make it look a bit better - maybe not, though.
By the way, falkflyer, you need to get rid of that first PHP image in your signature, because it's causing constant reloading and modifies the tables of entire threads when it does that.
I should really disable the ability to use PHP images, but if members will act responsible, then we'll keep them around.

Really? I've never seen that problem before. But, it's no big deal, it'll be gone before you see this post.
If anybody needs to upload an image, my site, xcvtech.com/up/ , is open for use. It may be faster than some others, I dunno. You can store other stuff as well.

I had to use the sig pic in mine as the BBCode was shoter than the actual link, so now my sig goes over the (very short) limit if i try and replace the picture.

I host my image offsite and then use the img code.
