Košir swept the parallel slalom event in Saporo, Japan today after having won the parallel giant slalom event, and title, on Saturday.
With two races to go before the end of the season, Košir has an unassailable 2,800-point lead on Roland Fischnaller of Italy in the overall rankings.
This is the first overall World Cup victory for the 30-year-old, who finished third in the past two seasons.
The title caps an extraordinary season: he made the podium in all eight World Cup events this year and won three.
