I doubt that there is an actual average girth, because everyone grows at different rates, and different people have different genes, thus affecting how big their girth is at a particular age

Everyone's different, although you've already got a really good girth for your age (you're within the adult average), another 13 year old may be much smaller.

I'm 16, and I have a girth of just over 6" when hard.

Yet none of these factors would remove the possibility of there being an average, just finding one that is reliable, difficult.

I think average is around 4 or 5 inches. mine is 9" when hard.

There really is no average girth (or length for that matter) for teens because we all develop at different rates and times. But the average girth for an adult is just at 5", so you are already just above adult average if you are measuring correctly.
