I play guitar and sing. I have been recording myself a lot in the last year, always been covers, but just added some originals. Been nervous about posting originals cause it makes me feel vulnerable!

no i'm not in a band. i like being able to do what i want and not have to compromise lol

yea i did. i play songs by ear so usually listen a few times and then work out guitar while listening. some songs take longer but this was pretty easy since i had heard it a bunch before and kinda familiar with the melody and lyrics. that is also why there is a range of types of music i do covers of on my page cause friends or my moms friends will challenge me with a random song or band. i find it fun lol.

thanks :) have a cover of Flowers in Your Hair by the Lumineers too that i am thinking about putting up. Singing is my life it is how i deal with issues. find it easier than talking about things. to the point where sometimes even my mom will ask what song when she can tell i am upset/or sad or something is wrong. I don't know what i would do if music wasn't in my life or i couldn't sing. i guess what i am trying to say is i try to put everything i can into each song i do and i hope it shows!
