Depends what you mean by weird. It is not weird to wonder what it tastes like or even to try it. On the other hand I'd say the taste or cum is a little weird. It's basically salty but with a unique aftertaste. Of the two I prefer pre-cum - that seems very slightly sweet.

Of course the other factor is that it is common to wonder about the taste and think about eating/drinking your load while you are stroking only to find that once you've cum the idea loses all appeal. There are a couple of solutions to that: you can catch the first two or three spurts in your hand and quickly lick that before you finish cumming (most of the volume is in those first few spurts) or you can try to aim it straight into your mouth though if you do that make sure you don't do your back in.
