People are saying "just like anyone else" but I think this misses the point - most uncut guys, myself included, don't use their hand on the head directly they slide the foreskin up and down so the skin moves over the head.

A few more losely cut people have said they do the same, presumably just moving the skin over the ridge at the back of the head, which is one of the more sensitive parts while I have always assumed the majoity of cut guys are moving their hand so it goes directly over the head, hence finding lube helps.
