Voice and neck

ok ill start with the voice when i was singing in church and my adams apple im guessing was rubbing against my throat and evrey time i swallow now it hurts my throatim guessing this has to do with my voice deepening? and my neck now if i turn my head in a oval motion my neck cracks and it contiualy hurts is that just my bones forming together???

I'm not sure about the voice deepening deal, since I've never gone through it myself. However joints popping and cracking, as well as some pain here and there, is common when you're growing. There was one point when I was in the middle of a growth spurt, and for several weeks straight my left ankle would make a popping noise when I walked. Annoyed everyone, but I managed to ignore it until it finally went away. Don't worry about it. :)

It may be that your voice is changing so nothing bad about that. As for your neck I'm not sure. You may have turned the wrong way or possibly it may be bones growing
