People generally start growing hair around their Pre-Teens, but I wouldn't worry yourself about it, bud. Different people start maturing and growing hair at different times, you may just have a bit of a late start, but don't worry.

perfectly normal, i was around 11 when i started getting hair in the nether region, you are just a late bloomer, it should happen pretty soon

I had thin hair when I was eleven. By age 12, my hair started to grow. I think you're just a late bloomer. Just hang in there, you'll be alright.

i got hair at 11 but one of my friends didnt start getting hair till he was 15

Like everyone said, everyone's hair growth is different. I'm the semi-oldest guy in my class (and I'm the same age as you), but I barely have any hair, while someone who is younger than me from my class, already has a mustache, though he doesn't have a lot of arm, leg hair. One of the youngest boys in my class, has no facial hair at all, but almost has the same amount of arm and leg hair (and even a fair amount of chest hair) as a grown man. Also, the only boy older than me has even less hair than me.

You may just be a late bloomer. Normal. 13 is still very early so I wouldn't worry. I had hair around 12-13.

It's normal not having hair yet. Sooner or later you'll be able to grow some. I got mine at about 12 but everyone's different.
