Anyone who uses illegal narcotics is funding the drug trade and all that goes with it, and is directly contributing to the harm of innocent decent human beings. That's a fact. It's indisputable.

Not to mention the cost of having to police it. And one must police it, as this is a brain chemistry altering drug.

Not only does it lead to addiction, but also 25% of all clinically sectioned psychosis cases. Most muggings and 80-85% of domestic burglaries are carried out by drug addicts.

All of this (and more) drains resources from the State that would greatly improve the quality of every law abiding citizens life.

So yes. You should report their dealer. Or at least stop being their friend and enabling it through silence.
