Don't worry, everyone develops at different rates. 13 is still very young, so you still have quite a while until puberty ends. At 13 I was basically the same as you are, and now I'm 15 and still don't have any underarm hair, so there are others like you. Just give it time. ;)

If your friends are telling you that they can ejaculate gallons, or that they have forests of hair "down there" either your friends are lying (probable answers), or they are incredibly early developers (not so probable).

At 13, I only had a slight amount of pubic hair, no underarm hair, and though I could cum slightly, it was nothing to what I can manage now. Id say you are bang on average for your age!
