Just wondering if there's anyone else out there that also loves Classical Music?
Ever since I've been doing Ballet, I love Classical Music!
I like hearing certain pieces and making up a choreography in my head of how I would dance to that! Yeah, I know! Really weird! LOL !
I do like other types of music, but Classical is one of my favs!

I don't love it, but it's nice to put on every once in awhile. It's pretty relaxing, and it can help me sleep. I do recognize all the work that is put into writing and performing it.

I started listening to classical music when doing homework/studying to help me keep focused and keep my brain working efficiently. I find it works better for me than listening to other kinds of music while doing school work.

we've had to listen to some classical music at school and our music teacher has dragged us to a concert with a philharmonic orchestra.
I found out then i liked something called pomp & circumstance by a guy named Elgar and some piece that uh i dont remember what was called right now but it was by LuuuuuUUUUUUUuuuudwig Van Beethoven..

I've always been a fan of classical, probably one of the reasons why I joined orchestra 8 years ago.

Yesssss. Most recently I've been really interested in minimalist/modern/contemporary composers, but will probably shift back and forth between them and more classical composers.

Classical in the greater sense is fantastic.
Though I'm not personally partial to the classical period. I prefer French Impressionist, general Romantic, and Contemporary more.
Rach 2 and 3, almost everything by Debussy, the White Peacock by Charles Griffes, some stuff by Barber...
Oh and Beethoven's Piano Sonatas are just about as far back as I personally consider enjoyable.
But to each his or her own.

I generally don't listen to a lot of it, but I enjoy classical. When I took piano lessons, I played a lot of Beethoven. (And others, but I definitely remember his pieces in particular.)
I'm also very fond of music boxes, and a lot of music boxes play classical pieces.

Unfortunately I don't really have the ear for most classical music, although there are a few exceptions.

Definitely like some classical music. Holst's "Planets" is simply wonderful (even if modern-classic, having been written in the 20th century).

I don't choose to listen to classical music but when it's on I like it - it's very relaxing.
