I reckon if the second coming of Christ really did happen in this day and age he would be put in a mental institute, what do you think

I disagree. I just dont think anyone would recognise him for who he is, and Christians would reject him because he's a Brown Jew. Maybe he'd get a few followers, but then they would just end up a cult of some sort, and Jesus would be jailed. For all we know, Jesus already came to earth, and no-one noticed him!

Well there is gonna be a poser Jesus(anti-Christ) who's gonna get one currency, world peace, and have markings put on either the forehead or the wrist of everyone in order for them to buy anything.
Then say he's God. Alot of people will believe him, and alot will think he's crazy.
The second coming of Jesus; The Bible doesn't say He isn't going to reveal Himself to anyone, but if He's not masking it, you'd know.
But I still chuckled at the post. It sounds true at first.
Jehovah's (false) Witnesses think He's alive and in New York. Seriously.

I've never heard this. I know that after the schism (or whatever you want to call it) C.T. Russell established the Watchtower and predicted the second-coming of Christ and then the world's end...but that was in the late nineteenth/early twentieth century. As far as I know the Jehovah's Witnesses haven't made any additional predictions about Christ's second coming -- at least not the main branch.

Yes . . . People are looney. No denying that.
And my reference to Jesus in New York was from a book from the 1990's about religions. Not biased in anyway, simply a compilation of religious beliefs and definitions. That's what it said.

With so many people saying they're Jesus, nobody would actually believe he is Jesus. And he might be put in a mental institute... And yes, he'd probably be jailed.

No, actually he wouldn't be jailed or put into a mental institute until he was actually causing people problems. Plenty of people in this day and age would pull some stunt like this off, so until he caused a problem, nothing would happen.
