MY IMAGINE DRAGONS ALBUM HAS BEEN DISPATCHED AND I SHOULD BE GETTING IT IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS :D

Is anyone else here excited for this? I can't wait.

I got the limited edition boxset, so I'll have the spoopy lithographs as well.

I LOVE THEM but I haven't got my paycheck yet so I'm just listening to the songs on the radio and Youtube for now. Smoke and Mirrors is amazinggg. However, nothing can top their first album.

I wish I could see them on tour but I'm already planning on seeing another band around the same time as their tour.

Yeah...It's so expensive...I paid 35 pounds/$70 Aus for the bundle and I didn't know how expensive it would be until I saw the exchange rate. I wanna see them on tour too but it's too expensive for me T__T I wish I lived in America or Europe.

It's really not bad for me, only $25-$65 which isn't a lot. However, I'm already seeing FOB around that time.

I was a bit over excited for this. I heard it and it sort of disappointed me. Except for Smoke + Mirrors, Dreams, and I Bet My Life I don't see they're as amazing as their first album

Well, it's by far different to what their first album was like, but I still feel like it's nice, because almost all their songs are different to each other, and though I've only heard Warriors, I Bet My Life, Shots and Gold, I feel like they still have that touch.

Those are the ones I enjoy quite a bit. I went ahead and bought the album anyways so most of the songs will end up growing up on me, but yeah, they're not bad. Just different styles.

Oh, Imagine Dragons! Personally, I like Smoke + Mirrors better than their first album. Dream is my favorite song so far, but I also really like Friction, Gold and Shots. To me it seems like their new album is more rock and less pop, which I think is a great improvement. Like ImagineRepublicCity I bought the fancy limited deluxe edition or whatever it's called. I also saw Imagine Dragons live last August and I'm gonna see them again in October.

Oh man, Stadtkind I really want to see them so bad D: Yeah, I really like Dream and I would say Who We Are, and now that I've been able to listen to the other songs in the album more frequent, all of them are very unusual, like, they have all these different sounds and tunes which aren't in many other songs. The fact that it's all so unique makes it even better :D

Who We Are is a great song! I actually first heard it at their concert last August but I didn't know it back then. I tried to find it but somehow I wasn't able to, so I forgot about it. But then, months later, I listened to Smoke + Mirrors and there it was! I recognized it even though it had been half a year since I had last listened to it.
I hope you get a chance to see them live sometime, they are really great!

Have you heard their old songs? They haven't been officially published (is that the right word?) before. If you go on their wikipedia page, you can find the albums. A lot of them are EPs. You should listen to them. They're even more different as to what they compose now.
