yeah..unless you're like 5 years older than its fine. Cause an 11 year old is gonna want to experiment and if you're close to the same age you're just doing that also but if you're a lot older in my opinion you should find someone closer to your age.

I think it depends on your age, really. I mean if you're a good deal older than you should have known better -- in my opinion -- and not agreed to do anything til he was a little older...at least nothing as strong as actually having sex with him.
