any work out will depend on your start point and what you want to achieve.
That said abs need a full motion exercise the proper sit ups and leg raises ect.
Can you access a gym or get some proper instruction that will help big time.

Crunches and planks.
This is what I do at gym during school. As a group we normally do four sets of twenty-five, taking a break in between each one. After that we do front and side planks which we hold for about a minute each. If you want to make it more challenging use weights while doing sit ups. Quite effective and quite painful since I haven't worked out in ages.

Most gyms have machines for ab workout -- unfortunately I don't know the names of them. I use one that is sort of like doing a crunch while sitting in a chair, and you put weight on it for resistance and bring your legs up into your chest. If you look into it online a little bit I'm sure you could find the names of the machines and how to use them. I mainly just do crunches and planks though, since it's easy and you can do them at home.

Situps are a stupid waste of time and effort.
Do what gymnasts do almost daily:
seach for "hanging leg raises" Just need a pull up bar and lots of determination. Strive for 20 reps.
For obliques, simply alternate lifing your legs (parallel) to the far left side then to the far right.
For max ab/burn -- straight legs, controlled movements. No swinging allowed, exhale on each LIFT (never hold your breath)

Biceps and abs are two muscles beginners shouldn't train because they could easily overtrain them and hurt themselves. You will get enough of biceps and abs from back exercises, since most of them work your abs and biceps so for now there's no need to worry about those.

Hanging leg raises, hollow body holds, bicycle crunch, oblique sit up (done right...), planks & different variations i.e with weight on your back/weighted vest/generatic your own isometric resistance
Not sure what they call this one but use a landmine or medicine ball and just move it from side to side as fast and controlled as possible with turning your core as little as possible.

Best i can give you, that i do whenever i can is next
Plank for 2 minutes,or less if you can't do 2
10 abs,10 lover abs,10 back abs, stretch, cut 20 seconds in plank exercise, add 3 abs to each, reapeat that untill you do 40 seconds of planks...Stretch,start the same way other way around (20 seconds up,3 pushups down) untill you are back at 2 minutes 10 abs x3 segments...Then reapeat that a couple of times...And yeas, while you do abs,you should do push ups too, since the develom the chest and arm muscles that give a better complete look and strength :D
