I am 16 boy and I have hair in my belly and chest and I don't like it. but when I shave I have these little pimples in my chest area especially, what shall I do?

Maybe you need a skin cream just to put on after you shave.

It could just be ingrown hairs. Take a really coarse sponge and scrub like hell after you shave that should stop any ingrown hairs from appearing after shaving.
