Possible kidney problems

So tonight I got a call from my doctor saying that there might be something wrong with my kidneys. This comes from a blood test they did on me when I came to the doctor for my last 2 weeks of having a constant upset stomach.

I'm so scared that one or both of my kidneys have failed or something. I'm scared that I'd have to have surgery or go on dialysis forever because of this :(

I know I'm thinking way ahead of myself right now, but I honestly can't help it... My mind just keeps going to the worst possible outcome... I just don't know what to do or think anymore :'(

Well, you don't need both your kidneys to function, so if anything is wrong, I hope it is only one of them. I know it's hard to not think of the worst thing ever, but remember that doctors aren't always right. Relax in any way you come. If sure it won't be too bad, and I wish for the best for you.

I'm getting another blood test done on Friday, so I should know the results by Monday. Still feels like a really long time though ;_;

Well yesterday I got a letter saying that my only problem is high cholesterol. So no kidney problems :D
