Hey guys, I'm hoping to find some advice here. I had my first wet dream last summer. Since then I have one about every 1 or 2 weeks. No biggie, I enjoy them except for the mess. LOL anyway the problem is I spent the weekend at my friends house and I had one there! thankfully it wasn't very messy and I cleaned up the best I could. but I was really embarrassed. Is there anything I can do to stop from having them? I jerk off a couple times a week and it doesn't seem to change when I have the wet dreams.

The only thing you can do is masturbate more. Seriously :P if you masturbate more during the day, your body won't produce as much during the emission at night, therefore eliminating some mess. If you don't have time/find it doesn't help, try masturbating right before bed, that always helped my friend when he had wet dreams. Other than that, I'm pretty sure you can't prevent it, unless you're one of those people who can control their dreams ;)

It's a pain that quite a lot of guys go through. As others have suggested, jerking off more often does reduce the likelihood of having a wet dream.

i dont think there is anyway to stop having wet dreams, but i think the guys here are giving you some good advice on doing some extra jo sessions to help.

It seems to be generally believed that plenty of masturbation makes wet dreams less likely. It does vary from one person to another, though. Some people, myself included, have never had a wet dream and some people have to avoid ejaculating any other way, for example by masturbating, for several weeks to get one. Others get them even though they masturbate regularly which seems to be the case for you.

So, no-one can be sure that masturbating more often, for example once a day, would avoid the wet dreams but there is no harm in trying it. In the case of goingf to stay with a friend you could j/o more frequently before going including possibly just before you leave for his/her place.
