When ever I meet someone new and I say i'm 15 their eyes widen and they are very surprised. I am 5'11" and 250lbs. I'm not obese but I am husky at least. I have stretch marks all over my body. On the inside of my biceps, under armpits and on to shoulder blades, thighs and behind knees. I have full side burns and pretty much a mustache and little stubbles on the chin. Very hairy everywhere else besides chest. I don't understand why mine was faster than all my peers.:what::what:

It's called genetics. That's it. The only reason that you started puberty earlier than most is because your body was made that way. There's nothing wrong with it.

Though a weight can give a general idea of size it doesn't say how someone will look, i.e. how that is distrubuted between bone, muscle and fat.
There are a couple of things that can contribute to other people's idea of your maturity.
One of those is size, other than height. It is common in the pubertal growth spurt to grow quickly in height but hardly anything in width leading to a tall thin appearance. Once one has stopped growing he may then "fill out". That means someone who has reached a credible adult height and is not as thin as would be typical of someone who was growing quickly or had recently been growing quickly, will tend to look more mature. That could be because he has stopped growing and has started to fill out, or it could be from carrying extra fat.
Another factor is hair growth. Androgenic hair, i.e. all of public, armpit, facial, chest, along with some leg and arm hair, obviously grows due to testosterone so to an extent is an indication of maturity but it is worth noting that when fully grown some men have much more androgenic hair than others due to genetic factors. That means someone who comes from a family of hairy men will tend to look more mature at a given age than someone who comes from a family of almost hairless men.
So who knows. You may have developed early, or there may be factors about your body that just give that impression. if you are seriously interested in working this out I think you'd have to look up the tanner stages (and use something other than hair as the way of measuring), see which age you change from each stage to the next and compare against the average.

I wouldn't say mature, but I would say genetics and physical development

It'll depend on genetics, and it's gonna be different for everyone. For example my sister looks a lot younger than she really is and it drives her nuts, but that's just the way it works.
