They are all the same thing. People just use different words for it. Cum and jizz are the slang words for it (and they are also the most commonly used versions of it). And sperm and semen are just the technical terms for it. I usually just say cum or jizz. I mean, saying "I just cummed", "I just jizzed", "I'm cumming", "I'm jizzing", "I just cummed myself", "I just jizzed myself", etc., sounds a hell of a lot better than saying "I just released my sperm all over her face", etc. Lol. The words cum and jizz are also the most commonly used words in porn and among teenagers as well.

Actually Lodon is the most accurate. Semen contains sperm and is the fluid produced to carry the sperm to the femaies ovum...Cum is like he said, both a verb and a noun. To CUM is to orgasm, but CUM is also known as semen...jizz is the same.

You could refer to the liquid that comes out as semen, but it is a mixed substance. And sperm are the tiny cells that are produced in your testicles that harbor the DNA used to help create life. It also gives semen it's whitish color.
