it seems like now everybody is wearing skinnies. does that mean they are now going to go out of style? I used to wear slim or straight jeans but now I am hooked and don't want to wear anything else but super skinnies. WBU? (both girls and guys)

Well, they will always be in fashion for girls I think. Girls are wearing them since 2000s. As for guys, were they ever really in fashion? Haha. I never found them appealing. My quads are really big because I workout so I can't pull them off because I'd just have these huge bulges on my thighs. I think that they will go out of fashion soon because no grown man is going to wear skinny jeans and the new generation will realize how uncomfortable they are.

I wear them sometimes (when I want somebody to notice, usually :lol3:).
I don't care too much if boys wear them or not.

Well I prefer my jeans to be really tight so I guess it's preference. At my school people wear "slim straights" or "skinny" jeans that are still a little loose on them. They're are still people like me that wear tight jeans which is good. I think it will take a while for them to go out of style.

I think that the best jeans cut is tapered. They arent uncomfortably tight on yout thighs but they are still tighter around youe calves (not completelt tight) so you can show off your sneakers.

I usually wear skinny jeans/jeggings when I go out so I guess they are still in fashion.

As for boys; 5sos, One Direction, etc. have brought skinny jeans (Especially black or ripped skinny jeans) into ''fashion'' for men I guess.. Other girls are now probably more accepting of guys wearing skinny jeans because of those bands I think.

Although there are alot of other band members who have always worn skinny jeans; I think Kellin Quinn regularly does.

Since I began wearing skinny jeans like two years ago I cannot wear normal jeans. I absolutely hate straight legged trousers they just flap around everywhere and they're annoying as heck. My personal fashion really suits skinny jeans so I'll always wear them, along with ripped jeans.

They didnt bring them to fashion for men. They brought them to fashion for boys.

I don't wear really tight skinny jeans, but I usually wear pretty slim fitting jeans. I don't think they're going out of style soon -- I see a lot of people, both girls and guys, wearing skinny jeans pretty often.

The reason I said men, is because that's what they are. Men. Youngest member of 5sos is 18, oldest member of One Direction is 23. I've seen other male 18+ year olds wear skinny jeans too.

Out of all the members only Zayn looks like a man to me. Abercrombie, Jordans and skinny jeans are three things anyone who's out of high school shoud stop wearing (guys only obviously). Jordans are an exception if you play basketball.

Their physical appearance is irrelevant; the government recognises them as being over the age of 18, therefore they are adults/men. Anyone can wear whatever they want to.

I think they look good on both guys and girls who have the right body shape. Me, I can't wear them, my thighs are too big. Same is true for most of my football and many of my baseball teammates.

I still love my skinnies... They are still popular in the metropolitan Houston area.

Or you could just let people wear whatever they want and not judge? Just a suggestion.

yep...exactly same. once i started wearing them i got addicted and now when i try on even "straight" or "relaxed fit" jeans (I hate that term)...it seems like I am wearing a tent. and i got so used to the feeling of skinnies. but i can see how they aren't for everyone of course.
