Yesterday in school, my entire junior class was dismissed from the first three hours of our day to see the film Schindler's List in the auditorium. It was my first time seeing it and oh my god... It's the most powerful movie I've ever seen. I was crying by the end.

Well at least you didn't have to sit 3 hours working on school :D

Sounds like a good movie

Like Seth said, it's an incredibly powerful movie. There are definitely very sad moments that will make your heart ache because unlike some other unfortunate events in movies, things like this really happened just 70 years ago. Schindler's List has impacted me so much. I strongly recommend seeing it.

Yeah, I had to watch it for History class while we were in the class and it made the room go very silent for the most part, not because a film was on because there were some people that would talk anyway -- but it's so... like I'm trying to think of a different word from powerful, aha.

tasminsmith it's about a german man that's helps out a lot of Jew's during nazi Germany.
He gives them work and makes a lot of money but he spends the money on more Jew's saving more life's it's a really good film

best part is not only is it a true film, but follows pretty closely the actual events of Oscar Schindler, though they do glorify his fooling around a little in the film

I absolutely love this movie, but I had a teacher in 7th grade who forced us to watch it but blocked out all nudity, sex, and violence, so there was no point in watching it other than scarring us for life. But now that I'm older it's one of my favorite movies. Though I think Swing Kids also is a good insight into Nazi Germany in a less overly violent fashion for those who are faint of heart.

I watched this again recently, it's a great film, I love at the end when we see some of the survivors for real, when they put the stone on his grave
