so today, my parents had to leave the house for a doctors appointment, so i have 2 free hours alone at home. as a result, i decided to, well shave my hair "down there". once i finish up, wipe the shavings up with a tissue and toss it in the toilet. little did i know, however, that some of the clippings escaped the tissue in midair and landed on the toilet seat. later, my parents come home, and the first thing they do is go straight for the bathroom. mean while, i stand in the kitchen, when my dad comes up behind me and says "son, your hair was on the toilet seat. be sure to wipe it off next time" and walked away. i was mortified.i could not believe what had just happened. i feel so awkward talking to my parents now, any help?

Wow that's probably the best thing to happen actually. The fact that your parents didn't really mind you shaving or at least, didn't really say anything about it, is great. It may be awkward at first, but judging from your dad's reaction, he isn't too worried about it.. So you probably should just shrug it off and move on.

actually I think it is pretty funny, maybe you should just laugh about it. yes it's awkward but they know you shave now so you don't have to worry about that anymore and maybe your parents didn't think it was a big deal.. just be careful with cleaning up next time maybe so it doesn't happen again. don't worry too much, try and see the funny side:)

What you think your dad never did it?
It's no biggy
Just clean up
You think they don't notice your bedsheets and crusty socks and shorts or the ton of Kleenex you need outside of flu season

Well obviously he didn't care you shave. He just seemed irritated by you not cleaning up everything. So no biggie
