How to attach videos in replies?

I don't know where else to put this question so I chose here, when people share videos on here, all they have to do it hit the play button on the picture. But how do you do that? I just know how to paste the URL in a reply, but how can I make it that it doesn't direct someone to youtube when they want to watch it

Get the video's ID: b2jwJ1FOaHA
And put it between the tags

Soo b2jwJ1FOaHA

Would result in

b2jwJ1FOaHA
