When you first receive your glasses, you will not get used to the lenses. Are you troubled when far sight? If so, I'm no expert but I recommend you wear them often for a week and you will get used to them. Be careful while you're walking, though... to prevent any injury.

Well getting new glasses is really different from what you are used to. It takes time to adjust. I'd say if in a week or two and you're not getting improvements, to take them back and see if they might have messed up.

Yup yup yup, as everyone said, it happens when you get new glasses. For future reference, it happens to the new frames you get too, even if your power hasn't changed. I change mine every year and I have to get used to them. It takes about a couple of days to get used to, but if you ever feeling like you're getting headaches, even after a couple of days, it would be best to see your optometrist. (Though I doubt you will need to)

Well if it is the first time you have glasses it may seem strange at first and will depend on what problem was corrected - but please get back to the optician and have them checked if you think there is a problem - even the frame and things like side vision are affected.
