Jerking in a public pool, thats not excactly safe since there are other people around, if its yours I guess its fine. In a lake or ocean I would consider the best option as long as yur under water the whole time if there are people around. But if you are talking about doing it out of the water, pool definetly not unless its your own pool and you are confident people cant see you. As for the ocean and lake, it would be fine in my opinion as long as you are by yourself or with people that are okay with it, but it would be bad to just do it in public
